By accessing revtrance.com, 1management.in, or any Revtrance product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. About Our Services
Revtrance provides civic technology platforms including 1Management for public issue reporting, civic profiles, and municipal digitization tools. Our services are designed to increase transparency and citizen participation in governance.
3. User Accounts & Civic Profiles
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or civic profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit false, misleading, or malicious reports; harass other users or officials; attempt to manipulate civic scores; use the platform for political campaigning; or violate applicable laws. Revtrance reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. User-Generated Content
By submitting reports, comments, or other content, you grant Revtrance a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content for platform operation and public accountability purposes. You retain ownership of your content.
6. Political Independence
Revtrance and 1Management operate independently of political parties and government bodies. Use of our platform does not constitute endorsement of any user, report, or viewpoint.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reported issues will be resolved by authorities or that civic scores will result in specific benefits.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revtrance Softwares LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
